INSIGHT INTERVIEW

When you want to find out how it is to work with me before a full session & would like to help me out with my research project into pathways of Support, you may first sign up for a free “Insight Interview", where I offer you my insight into 1 relevant topic of your choice so that you can get a sense of my approach and how I work, and you will, in turn, agree to answer a few questions about your experiences, needs and preferences regarding mentors, courses and therapy-work. You will also get to ask me all the questions you might have about Breathwork or the way I work in general. The Insight Interview may take 30min-1h, depending on the topics that are brought to the table.

The topics we might look into:

  • relationship with child/children

  • relationship with one or both parents, partner or other grown-ups

  • a feeling of being ready for a breakthrough and transformation in life, but not seeing a clear way forward

  • spiritual and personal growth, presence and reconnecting with your wild side

My approach is deeply rooted in non-duality, practical spirituality and respectful relationships. I always strive for genuine passion, an open heart and activation of all senses, and connection to your inspiration and inner resources.

Please know there will be no hard sell on this call and you are under no obligation to work with me in the future should we not feel it’s a fit or otherwise. It’s a simple heart to heart conversation.
