When you feel disconnected from your body, you are hurting or self-critical - it's time to renew the connection to your cells! It helps to calm down, feel the flow of energy, step into genuine gratitude, relax and become pain-free. It also gives you a good night's sleep!

 

Becoming limitless

For when you feel small and unimportant, like you don’t matter, and the world is crushing you. We are going to expand beyond the body into the vast beingness that is you, and we are going to take all that energy back into your physical body, giving back your empowerment, joy and a sense of “yes, I can do it!”

Animal of Inner Peace

For when you feel a bit anxious and alone, and you are taking life way too seriously. It helps to open your heart and connect to your inner creativeness, playfulness, eternal peace and connection. You are infinitely supported by all seen and unseen Beings!
