Creative ground

A space to settle, sense, and come back to what actually moves you.

If it feels like you carry a lot — intensity, sensitivity, ideas, pressure, confusion, and a nervous system that feels everything…

this space might be for you.

In my 15+ years with young creatives — across theatre, writing, design, and inner work — I’ve learned that sensitivity is rarely the problem.

It’s the lack of space and understanding around it.

When there’s room to feel what’s already happening inside you, things shift on their own.
They settle. They line up.

And suddenly, what you feel makes sense.

1:1 Clarity Sessions

A single deep 2.5h session or a three-session cycle for when everything feels too much, too loud, or too tangled, and you need focused presence and clarity now.

Here are two ways we can work together, depending on what you need right now…

Creative Roots journey

An 11-week journey into the senses and the elements filled with small, embodied practices that bring you back into your body and your creative flow.

My session with Iida planted something real. Within 12 days I changed jobs, found two new opportunities, moved somewhere that feels right, and — for the first time in a long while — felt life become lighter. Even my creativity returned — I found myself drawing again for the first time in a long while.

The pattern

There’s a point where creativity stops being a flow and becomes a survival strategy.
Too much pressure, too much speed, too much input… and suddenly the things that once felt natural
now feel like work.

And if your relationships add more pressure instead of grounding, everything gets harder to hold.

The origin

There’s a reason it all feels like this.

Your creative process didn’t begin with your first project. It began with your conception followed by birth. Your first experiences of expansion, contraction, overwhelm, breath, and arrival.

The body holds a memory of all that you felt and experienced. And it repeats it in your life now: tightening to triggers and pressure, opening when there is space and safety.

The shift

That undercurrent can shift once your system finally has space and support.

Most young creatives think they need more ideas, more inspiration, more knowledge. But too much input only overwhelms the system and dims your inner voice. Creativity returns through gentle sensing and grounding, not consuming.

When you begin to sense again through safety and curiosity, your inner world starts to organise. The scattered parts come into alignment. The doubts are replaced with clear knowing.

Your relationships — with your work, your body, your creativity, and the people in your life — stop feeling confusing or unstable.

There’s ground under your feet, peace in your system, and clarity in how you move..

I’ve lived big part of my life in pain, and no matter what I did, there was always this quiet belief that I had to endure it — that suffering was something I couldn’t escape. It almost became my friend.

In my session with Iida, that belief finally revealed itself. I experienced that no matter how my body feels, I don’t have to suffer emotionally. It was such a simple truth that I wouldn’t have believed it before — but once I felt it, something in me opened.

Now I see that I actually have a choice.

WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

We start with conversation — what’s happening in your mind, your body, and your life right now.
Then we work through
breath, somatic and emotional awareness, and the deeper patterns underneath.
It’s a mix of clarity, somatic grounding, and presence — the kind of work that actually changes how you respond to life, and how you create.
