A few threads that shaped how I work - and how I hold people.

Creative Souls

To begin from the very beginning, I grew up in a theatre, literally on stage for most of my childhood.

It wasn’t the drama that stayed with me but the people — creative souls who felt everything and turned it into art. It’s why I’ve always been drawn to people who feel deeply and create from that depth.

That’s still the world I understand best.

Breathwork

I met Binnie A. Dansby, the founder of Source Process & Breathwork, when I was fourteen. She’s been a mentor and second mother ever since.

For more than twenty years I’ve walked beside her in this work — teaching, mentoring, and holding space within the international trainings in the UK and Estonia.

I’ve been GPBA-certified for over a decade and carry the lineage forward through my private practice, training new practitioners and making the SOURCE Warm Water Rebirthing ritual accessible through international retreats.

BodySense and Parenting from the Heart

Along the way I’ve studied Biodynamic Bodywork, somatic psychology, and special education, all part of my fascination with how the mind, body, and spirit actually communicate.

I’ve also spent more than ten years working with mothers and Presence-Based Parenting, supporting parents (myself included) in building capacity, connection, and space for emotions to flow through.

Energy work and nature

For seven years I lived out in the Estonian wilderness, surrounded by horses and wild animals — an apprenticeship in silence, rhythm, energy work, creation and belonging.

Out of that time came my book, Evaporating, a single flow of spiritual transmission and deep teaching on presence, and dissolving what no longer serves.

Now, when my home is nestled in the mountains and by the sea, I walk the irish fairy-hills and talk to the trees and the waves as often as I can.

The point of view

In my experience, the truth is found at the centre of paradox — where, as the full spectrum is allowed, a new creative space opens and “problems” often begin to resolve themselves. I call this space the “nondual space”.

My work is about bringing this space and Beyond Mindfulness practices into real life: relationships, parenthood, and personal creation — allowing presence to move through the body and mind.

What often feels most challenging is not that we don’t understand the ideas, but we fail to live them when life presses: with children, finances, conflict, or uncertainty.
So this work is a practical devotion to the present moment — an honest, embodied way of living where the human being becomes the meeting place of heaven and earth.

I also draw from Kashmiri Shaivism, A Course in Miracles, the Gene Keys, and the quiet intelligence of nature — ogham trees, stones, Celtic land, and most importantly, my intuition and inner guidance.

I work with grounded passion, and straightforward care: slowly, clearly, and with a lot of heart.
