What happens outside of the frames?

Every time we place ourselves in a frame, we cut off the most magnificent part of ourselves. It’s like the bowl haircut from the 90s - even, but totally not unique. It’s evolved into a habit - living in a frame. But at the same time it feels annoying and then it turns boring and in the end, it gets really tight. So tight that it makes us angry.

Some frames seem to be totally logical and simple. These are the ones that we are aware of and they sound something like this: I’m a vegetarian, I’m Christian, I’m a mother/father, I’m Irish, I’m a farmer, I’m a college graduate, I’m a jazz lover etc. As fixed as they may seem, these are not actually the frames that influence our lives the most. There is usually no greater point in stepping out of those frames. These are more like earthly life-based facts, that may or may not be true for our whole life. Sometimes we need them to operate in society and sometimes we don’t and the influence is pretty low unless we ourselves overemphasise it. But there are other kinds of frames. The kinds that truly limit our abilities and limit our access to our true potential.

What kind of frames are they then?

“I earn so and so much money.” - Frame.

“I can’t listen to you any longer.” - Frame.

“I don’t know what to do.” - Frame. “I can’t be in two places at the same time.” - Frame.

“I’m helpless, hopeless, powerless.” - Frame.

These are frames that we apply every day, almost accidentally to our consciousness, physical body and mental ability. Basically, we frame Who We Are. We belittle ourselves, because…yes. Truly…why? Why not stand in our true power and use our true potential more and more every day?

The more we experience ourselves in a truly expanded state where we directly experience ourselves to be more than our body, the more real becomes the access to our magnificent abilities. It’s not the age-old “I must do it on my own, no matter what, my husband had to go to war” cry, but rather a jump into the unknown. Here I am. So much I can do. And now - what more is possible? It’s a jump outside of your limits, a gentle exploration under the surface of the ocean into the colourful kingdom of corals and a spin to the heights, into the crystal spheres of the cosmos. Who am I?

“Last month I made so and so much money.” - But who am I? And what more is possible?

“I am listening to you. And it is difficult for me at the moment.” - But who am I? Am I able to relax? To expand? What is needed at the moment? And who am I?

“I know this and this and that…about this situation. And I’ve tried this and this and that….” - Who am I?

“I am here. Can I also be there at the same time?” - Who am I?

“It seems to me that I am not able..any longer. What a funny thought. Does my body need a rest?” - Who am I?

What happens outside of the frames?

Quoting Gandalf: “A wizard is never late. Nor is he early.”

Filling the happiness cup? I don't have this kind of cup. I'm an ocean who confuses herself with a raindrop once in a while.
